We are pleased to invite you to the opening of the solo exhibition by Wolfram Ullrich in our Geneva space. Join us for the opening on Thursday, May 15, from 6 pm.

For more than thirty years, Wolfram Ullrich has been developing a body of work on the borderline between painting and sculpture, where geometric abstraction and optical illusion meet. His “sculptural structures”, made of painted steel, defy gravity and alter our perception of space. Through a subtle interplay of shadows and perspectives, his wall reliefs appear to float, inviting the viewer to a visual experience in motion. Ullrich rigorously questions the relationship between surface, volume and the eye.

Wolfram Ullrich was born in Würzburg in 1961. He lives and works in Stuttgart. His work has been exhibited in numerous international institutions, including the Museum Ritter, which will shortly be devoting a retrospective to his work, the Museum für Konkrete Kunst in Ingolstadt and the Kunsthalle Weishaupt in
